NACPRO, the new generation apparel CAD system will be released on Beijing International Sewing Equipment Exhibition after nearly four year’s painstaking hardworking by Risheng. What kind of power motivates Risheng to develop such kind of totally new product by so many talents, treasury and time. We are thinking a lot.
First of all, after getting a lot of powerful agents, especially the overseas agents and big clients, the company carefully and comprehensively analyzed the benefits the apparel CAD system brought to the industrialization and informationization among the modern apparel enterprises and deeply compared with the advanced foreign corresponding software in a global market perspective. We recognize the problem of the software existing in the overseas markets especially the developed countries and regions such as Japan, Korea, Europe and America and know what kind of products can satisfy the top market. Simultaneously it is imperative to innovating and the new product must follow the steps of the global market according to years’ experience in R&D and the needs of thousands of clients. The creation of large-scale software is the same as the construction of architectures. That is to say they are basically in shape after the convincing of the skeleton. Maybe there will be subtle changes by mending, but the basic modality cannot be changed. All of the development must be based on the convinced statistics structure and the basic frame. Therefore, the breakthrough can only be happen when a totally new style of skeleton with statistics characteristic and relative statistics structure and carriers is reconstructed to realize the more humanized operation with more creative and intelligent function in a flexible and reasonable way. It takes a lot, but the research is not a straight way, especially on the fact that NAC2000 is maturity and recognized by the market and constantly upgrades itself based on the new needs of the users. The totally new statistics structure of NACPRO, which open up an amplitude future that could extend the brilliant prospect of NACPRO, has the intelligent abilities to exploit new functions and improve the current functions which NAC2000 cannot compare with.

Marker making is the part in NACPRO much needing breakthrough, which is also the biggest gap between the domestic and foreign software. Therefore new development in marker making must be made to realize the aim of human-intervenable automatic marker-making system and we had to spend long time to develop a bundle of new arithmetic. Finally we find it after repeated discussion, implement, evaluation and choosing. It is a tough process to deeply research in marker making, which is the part most developers do not want to involve in. But it is impossible to compete with top apparel CAD software in the world when there is no breakthrough in marker making. One of the aims of NACPRO is to change the status quo that automatic marker making cannot bring the correspondent benefits.
