White Collar manufactures various apparels in small mount, and requires high quality for the substantial patterns. The design department is in Beijing and the plants are in the south. We designed a customized CAD portfolio according to its specific situations.
Now White Collar applies Risheng apparel CAD system to make patterns and grading in Beijing and then delivers the data to the plants in the south by e-mail. The plants can compile, modify and output the data and also make pattern, grade independently. The system reduces the production cycle substantially, cuts the cost of the labors and materials and obviously increases the profits.
